For our client we are looking for a Seniror Scrum Master.
Scrum master role split on two, possibly three, scrum teams within the one program. The scrum teams are driving activities related to Sealing System components everything from Technology development to Issue resolution
Required skills:
• Scrum methodology and processes
• Experience from scrum projects preferably in hardware industry
• Software tools for backlog and scrum boards, Jira and Microsoft DevOps
Preferred skills:
• Experience of combining different sized activities in same scrum team
• Kanban methodology in scrum/agile environment
