Assignment description
For our client, a Danish company from the financial industry, we realize a recruitment process on the position Integration Team Leader to the long-term cooperation.
Information about the project / technologies:
For the Integration department in the Portfolio & Project Management division, we are looking for a Team Lead.
The role within the respective area, is conducted by operational planning, management and monitoring of tasks and people capacity management.
Main responsibilities:
- Resource scheduling via ours tools (Team planner) within the framework, rules and in cooperation with DK Team lead.
- Daily Kanban & ServiceNow management (incidents, tasks & changes) for the Polish Integration team.
- Proactively follow up on the status of own tasks / objectives and critically dysfunctions & delays.
- Ensure correct time registration & vacation planning for the Polish Integration team.
- On regular basis Initiate and conduct interviews / 1:1 talks for development, motivation and commitment of the people in the Polish Integration team.
- Customize and communicate general information and company policies to the polish team.
- Participate in regular general Polish team lead meetings with other team leads in Poland.
- Active support and sparring partner with the DK Team lead
- As a former experienced developer, the Team lead monitors, coaches and supervises the polish developers in carrying out their assignments according to the agreed our best practices process and standards.
- Support the overall planning and management of resources and optimization within in the team – ex. allocation to the tasks and projects, vacation planning, where-abouts.
- Conduct people management in the Polish Integration team (hire & fire is to be in dialogue and cooperation with DK TL).
- Create a good working atmosphere, dedication, motivation and job satisfaction within the team and support the co-operation with the Danish colleagues.
- Actively participate and conduct in regular Integration -, project stand up and QA meetings.
- Actively Participate in the recruitment of new developer colleagues to the Integration team in Poland.
- Involved in the dialogue and cooperation with projects, project managers and other stakeholders.
- Mediator operating status of ServiceNow tasks/projects daily and secure continuously improvements within the team and associated process.
- Management of the Polish developer team.
An ideal candidate profile:
- You are an experienced Team lead (preferably worked within a Scandinavian company before) and a good people manager.
- You have a past as a former developer and knows the value of using standards and methodologies to obtain high quality, reusability and consistency in the delivery across the Integration developers.
- You are familiar with Azure/TFS-DevOps, GitHub & API manager (Microsoft PaaS) Azure Cloud.
- Takes initiative and are self-propelled
- Strong English skills (both verbal and in writing).

- Knowledge of a Scandinavian Language
