For our client we are looking for a IT Project Manager
Job description:
We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join a project that aims to implement a common system or tool that can coexist and align with both legacy systems and SAP when reporting to Intrastat and VAT information. Likely through a BI tool / report structure.
Many of our customer´s units have issues with the reporting such as that they report wrong values, leave in incomplete reports or adding unnecessary manual work. In the legacy systems the information for Intrastat is incomplete. And in SAP the set up is in some cases wrong leaving incorrect or incomplete reports.
Tasks and responsibilities in the assignment:
• Manage the IT project in all traditional ITPM aspects (Time, cost, scope, issues, risks, stakeholders, communication, etc.).
• Participate in and lead workshops and assure business scope and requirements are translated into IT deliverables.
• Project Workbook, IT PMO quality gates, Focal Point, Billing and other IT project documentation
• Manage time and cost for the IT delivery
• Manage and coordinate project resources and resource deliveries
• Co-ordination role between different stakeholder groups in IT and Business
• Create processes and application documentation for Intrastat reporting together with the project resources
Required skills:
• Experienced Project Manager with atleast 5 years of experience as ITPM
• VAT and Intrastat knowledge required
• Good knowledge and self driven in running IT projects according to project methods and tools.
• Must speak fluent English.
• Ability to lead workshops with suppliers and internal resources
Preferred skills:
• PRINCE2 certification
• SAP ECC FI experience
• SAP/BI knowledge
