To our customer we are now looking for a Service Desk Technician 

Job description: 
We are now looking for our customer a Service Desk Technician who will work with support and service. As a consultant, you will be part of our customer’s Service Desk team where you will take on the role of first-line support and handle all incoming cases (incidents and service). Our customer has both offices in Solna and on Ringhals. As first-line support, you are passionate about customer satisfaction. 

Examples of daily tasks: 
• Analyze and solve simpler and more advanced problems via remote 
• Identify, diagnose and solve problems with other support teams. 
• Participate in different projects. 
• Follow the customer’s implemented processes (ITIL). 

Qualifications: 
• At least 2 years of experience with the first line support. 
• Have an understanding of IT and the desire to develop within the area. 
• As a consultant you have a great interest and commitment to working with customers via telephone 
• Floating English 
• As a consultant you are a team player but who are also good at working independently. 
• Likes to take own initiatives 

Meritorious skills: 
• ITIL v3 Foundation certification
