Scope includes:
• Discuss requirements with business stakeholders
• Do the detail design and defining test scope scenarios
• Providing solutions to projects and services to other teams in developing and maintaining our global solutions
• Demonstrate ownership of assigned deliverables – Deliver on-time, cost, good quality
• Understand and follow the clients processes and methods
• Report risks and issues in advance
• Analyzes incidents to identify service restoration actions to be taken
• Assists with classification and prioritization of incidents

• Incident investigation and diagnosis (including resolution where possible)
• The resolution and recovery of assigned Tasks/ Incidents
• Monitoring the status and progress towards resolution of assigned tasks
