Assignment:
We are seeking a consultant to serve as a Release Coordinator with Scrum Master support
responsibilities within clients Test Management & Integration unit.
The primary focus of this role is to enable and coordinate software releases, manage change processes, and continuously improve
release workflows. In addition, the consultant will support agile team operations by managing backlogs, facilitating team events, and promoting continuous improvement practices. This role requires strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills, and involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business administration, computer science or information technology education is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enable and coordinate software releases as part of the EE integration and test process.
• Manage artifacts and documentation related to system changes and embedded systems.
• Act as a central point of contact for system architects, system owners, and function owners.
• Organize and lead sprint planning, integration checkpoints, and other key meetings.
• Monitor integration points and ensure timely execution of release milestones.
• Oversee the release process lifecycle, including documentation, task tracking, and meeting
facilitation.
• Analyze and optimize process flows to improve efficiency and adaptability.
• Manage work in progress backlog and team capacity; track and communicate progress.
• Facilitate team events and rituals to ensure effective communication and feedback loops.
• Support continuous improvement based on lean agile principles and the TRATON thinking model.
• Coordinate execution of backlogs and Ways of Working (WoW) topics across teams.
• Collaborate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and Solution Train Engineers (STEs) on backlog
and capacity topics.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Jira and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint).
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meetings in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to facilitate team events and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience with embedded systems and release processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and knowledge of agile principles and backlog
management is meriting.

English & Swedish on a fluent level to navigate and communicate with the high management and steering groups
