Finally it happens! The electric cars come and they need to be charged. Do you want to play an important role in building, developing and managing our customer’s business around offering customers charging solutions for electric vehicles? If so, follow the customer on their journey towards becoming the market leader in Europe.
Demand for our customer’s products and services for car bills (InCharge) is increasing sharply and they are now looking for a person who can step in and take the operational responsibility for invoicing their connected services. The customer has ambitious goals and together with your competent and driven colleagues, you will play an important role in building a new business that at the same time contributes to a more climate-smart life.
Our customer strives to become the market leader by offering charging solutions that provide a first-class customer experience. They work both close to their customers and partners and through several different channels. As the market is still being formed, the customer has a flexible working method in which they constantly develop their business and their offering in their daily work.
As a process manager for the customer’s connected services, you will
• Manage and streamline processes and routines for invoicing.
• Further develop flexible solutions for payment services by requiring functions.
• Acting clients for certain implementation.
• Ensure quality-assured procedures for invoicing charge card customers and to some extent carry out operational tasks.
• Carry out tactical and operational issues with suppliers, such as charge cards.
• Further development of IT systems (tex billing machines) to be able to create flexible pricing models.
• Ownership (development / management) of necessary support systems / interfaces
Requirements for competence:
• High sense of responsibility and quality
awareness • Experience from managing and developing IT systems
• Experience of managing and developing IT services (price models, payment services, for example how the customer introduces discounts, sets special prices for different user groups, review models for transaction fees etc.)
• Ability to solve problems and create structure
• Relevant degree and certain technical knowledge
• You can communicate fluently in Swedish and English
