For our client WirelessCar we are looking for a Application Support Specialist

Job description:
We are looking for a Consultant to work as Application Support at WirelessCar. You will be tasked with:
• Eliminate problems by monitoring, analysing and grouping all incoming queries and problems
• Secure that users can pursue their professions through preventive support
• Provide information to customers in the event of operational disturbances
• Registration, initial support, prioritization and classification
• Prioritizing according to type, severity, SLA impact and work load
• Incident monitoring, tracking and communication
• Following the incident through until it is resolved
• Support, investigation and diagnosis
• When a solution is at hand, apply the solution/workaround and verify the result

Required skills:
– At least 3 year of experience working with 2nd-3rd line support
– Strong Linux knowledge
– Good DB knowledge (SQL, NoSQL or similar)
– Good understanding of Support methodologies (ITIL)
– Customer support experience
– Strong analytical and problem solving skills
– Strong Shell script programming knowledge (Proficient in Python/Perl/Ruby is a plus)
– Fluent in English, both spoken and writte
