For our client we are looking for a Solution Architect to IT Logistics.
We are looking for a Solution Architect to IT Logistics to work with our Bonded Warehouse project with focus on the overall solution for the full process (supply chain, warehouse/inventory management and customs handling). Bonded Warehouse is our wanted long term solution for cross-border solutions, which will enable us to expand to more markets from existing warehouses and improve our cash flow.
You will work closely with our project manager, requirement analyst and application experts within the project team as well as the development and test teams and other systems/applications within our IT department.
As a Solution Architect you are responsible for taking lead and participate in the design of a solution and secure it is compliant with target architecture, requirements and business needs. You are also responsible for establishing and participating in the development of the architectural solution for Bonded Warehouse in all types of initiatives according to the priority and allocation plan set by Area Architect and secure that the clients architectural strategy, processes and guidelines are followed.
You will join a team who work closely together and close to the business. You will be able to manage and operate your work independently while it is important to interact with others.
Responsibilities
• Architect for prioritized projects and initiatives within the Trade area with focus on Bonded Warehouse
• Work closely with other architects/stakeholders within IT and vendors
• Work with roadmaps and target architecture
• Be the liaison and bridge between business, IT and vendors
• Act as a representative for the area in cross-functional initiatives and contribute to other ongoing initiatives
• Coordinate multi system changes
• Lead pre-studies
• Create blue prints
• Participate in workshops
• Manage, follow-up and deliver results per project goal/s
• Close work together with other project members and stakeholders – both business and IT project leaders within Logistics and other divisions to deliver and contribute to the project´s success
• Have a customer focus and commercial mindset in planning and decision making
Competences
• At least 5 years in working as a Solution Architect
• Skillful in managing many stakeholders

• Have leadership skills
• Strong communicative skills and have strong skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Ward off proposed changes within the standard solution but also be able to justify proposed changes within the solution
It is qualifying if you have knowledge from one or more of the following;
• Experience from working with standard ERP solutions, preferably SAP ECC, EWM, GTS
• Knowledge of Global Logistics, Trade (especially Bonded Warehouse) and their processes
• Retail business
