For our client we are looking for a Project Manager
Job description:
Our customer is setting up a migration team with the core task to support a migration from one of their old solution to a new one. The solution handles fleet management and the success of this migration/roll out is of outmost importance. The new system will enable even better insights and cost savings for optimal usage. As a member of this team you will support our customer to secure that all markets have the correct information and training needed and are migration ready. The team consists of 6 persons focusing on the roll-out as well as data quality.
Responsibility:
• Create training material for markets
• Create training material to be used in customer dialogue
• Direct support to markets for preparation and administration
• Support and follow up on dealer
• Identify scenarios and opportunities for automation
• Create interactive user guide scenarios, e.g. how to use new functions and/or how to delete inactive or obsolete user accounts
• Webinars for customer & dealer preparation
• Be part in securing migration readiness and data quality for the rollout of new solution
Most important of all is your personality. You want to obtain great results together with your team and the markets. The ability to communicate on different levels and with different kinds of people is crucial for this position. We also believe you have:
• Experience from Process and IT Project Management, 3+ years of experience

• strong service focus
• the flexibility to switch between different task and a Hands-on Approach
• Fluency in English. Additional languages is a merit
