For our client we are looking for a Project Member for SAP HR Outsourcing
Job description:
You will be working in the Corporate HR function at client, supporting an IT and process outsourcing project.
In connection with the outsourcing project, there is a temporary need to manually maintain an employee database in SAP SuccessFactors containing all 20.000 employees. When the project has gone live, these updates will be automated.
Tasks are to retrieve from local legacy HR systems relevant employee related data, quality assure and aggregate the data according to set procedures and provide it to our outsourcing partner. The partner uploads the information into a production system (SAP SuccessFactors) where it enables a number of HR processes, e.g. Learning and Performance Management.
Required skills:
In-depth knowledge of SAP HR.
Structured handling of large amounts of business critical information and database handling.
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Preferred skills:
Experience from (HR) IT outsourcing projects.
Experience of data migration tools.
Personal skills:
Able to prioritize and deliver under pressure.
Caring about details.
Service minded.
