We are looking for a requirement analyst to IT Logistics to work with our Bonded Warehouse project with focus on supply chain, warehouse processes, stock deviations and customs handling for import/export.
You will work closely with our project manager, architect and project team members as well as other systems/applications within our IT department. You will also have a close contact with business representatives.
It is important for you to communicate with stakeholders and understand business processes and problems. Based on the business need, you should be able to write detailed requirements for system development and changes. It is also important that you can communicate in both a technical and general level.
You will join a team who work closely together and close to the business. You will be able to manage and operate your work independently while it is important to interact with others.
Responsibilities
As IT requirement analyst you are responsible for securing the requirements in projects as well as maintenance and contribute to a common requirement picture. You are also responsible so that the requirement specification is complete and that it is verified by the business, IT and other relevant stakeholders.
The expectations are as follows:
• Close collaboration with business to understand the business needs
• Perform GAP analysis through analyzing and investigating the business need
• Ensure that all involved parties understand the requirements and that all aspects are covered (i.e. business, maintenance, security, legal)
• Collaborate and coordinate requirement related issues/questions with the PM, AM, AD and other stakeholders
• Secure that the time plan for the requirement work is held and if needed collaborate with IT requirement team lead upon deviations
• Secure that the requirements are defined as functional and non-functional requirements
• Documenting requirements in a uniform manner according to guidelines and templates in the requirement tool i.e. ALM
• Verify that what has been promised to be included in a release actually is included in the solution
• Supports solution architects, test coordinators/testers and suppliers
• Examines test cases and test specifications and if necessary, updates requirement documentation if there are changes during build and test
• Secure and evaluate procurements in close collaboration with sourcing from a requirement perspective
• Secure that the requirements are verified and fulfills other stakeholders needs i.e. maintainability
• Report business architectural changes to appointed Business Architect, in a way that it can be understood in relation to the current architecture
Competences
• 5+ years’ experience from requirement work
• Experience from working with ERP standard solutions, preferable SAP in general and SAP ECC, EWM and GTS specially.
• Are experienced in conducting workshops and formalizing the business requirements
• Are experienced in writing clear requirement documentation, for examples use case
• Experience of agile/scrum, PPS
• Experience of ALM/QC (Application Lifecycle Management/Quality Center)
• Are fluent in speaking and writing Swedish and English
• Positive with experience from retail (preferably fashion), shipping, customs regulations and logistics
• Experience from large, global organizations.
