For our client we are looking for a Global mobility partner/ International Assignment (IA) specialist
Job description:
International Assignment (IA) specialist in close cooperation with Group P&O Vice President Compensation & Benefits:
a. Mainly responsible for the progress/follow up and coordination of the IA transfers.
b. Support to managers, local HR as well as collaboration and order of services from our suppliers on relocation services, visa and tax.
c. IA cost calculations and design of IA contracts/compensation packages
Qualifications
a. Professional and academic HR, business or equivalent background with at least 2 3 years’ experience in preferably Human resources
b. Experience and some knowledge about managing international assignments
c. Excellent command of spoken and written English International experience, preferable from a multinational company
