For our client we are looking for a Site Support Technician

Work tasks – What work tasks are to be performed?

• Act as 2nd line support to users with incidents related to hardware
• Plan and execute on IT projects with wide variety of scope together with other departments
• Follow standard way of working according to set guidelines and routines
• Work as a communication pipeline between the warehouse to central organizations to express your need and interest
• Ensure and follow-up on operations excellence for areas such as technology and end-user support

Technical Competences – Describe the technical competence.

• Who is service minded and with good communication skills
• With good understanding of Logistics, systems and processes together with a technical interest
• With an ability to lead, coordinate and drive operational requirement cross functionally
• Who is driven and solution oriented with an ability to understand and improve ways of working
• Who is a strong team player
• Who is proficiency in spoken and written English
