For our client we are looking for a Project Manager

Job description:
We are looking for a Project Manager to work in a transition and transformation project under initiation to plan, lead and manage the presumptive transition of services to, potentially, a new service provider, and to plan, lead and manage the transformation of the Service mangement services as part of this change.

The Transition is currently planned for execution during the second half of 2019, but planning & preparation, in parallel with the sourcing process itself, is already ongoing, and you will be crucial to mitigate risk and ensure the success of this part of the Project.

You will be tasked with:
• Lead and coordinate the Service Desk project during the sourcing project lifecycle, being post requirements evaluation, transition & transformation, and also coordination and lead the Service Now implementation sub project
• Ensure that transition and transformation is successful and swift, and enables the presumptive new service provider transformation plans and efforts
• Coordination and governance support of the presumptive factory workplace client

Required skills:
• Service Desk transition and transformation management experience
• Project & Change management on Senior Level
• IT Service management intermediate level
• Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Excellent interpersonal negotiation and influencing skills and ability to communicate to different levels; verbally and through written communications
• Good skills in working in and management of teams maintaining a service culture approach
