The company is going through a digital transformation to improve the everyday life of the many to lead the three roads forward with higher accessibility, better affordability and a positive impact on people and planet. To do this at speed going forward we need to be even faster, smarter and more coordinated between all the group going forward.
Our digital transformation started almost 2 years ago. During this period, we have changed almost everything while building a whole new organisation going from an IT supplier to a digital business driver. During this time, we have struggled with some areas- areas that needs to be unblocked in order for us to support our co-workers and to act with the wanted speed.
As a result of conversations with our leaders and co-workers, findings in iShare and interviews we have concluded the need of special attention to six areas that are defined as:
recruitment, organizational design, governance, prioritization, communication and taking care of our people.
For these areas, we call them Key Themes, we will be driving workstreams aiming at quickly solving the barriers in each area.
The scope of the consultant services is to assist our customer in..
Provide support for co-ordinating, organizing, tracking, aggregating, summarizing and follow-up for the six identified parallel cross-functional workstreams. Support including for example:
• Scheduling workshops including securing the right participants
• Develop workshop material, agenda and set-up
• Support workshop leaders during workshops with everything from timekeeping to ensure that the agreed targets are met (manage parking lot, ensure discussions stay on topic etc)
• Aggregate, summarize and share workshop output
• Ensure workstream are on track in progress
