For our client we are looking for a System Expert / Application Expert for their tax system.
The position is situated within the Service Area Finance & Accounting within the Business Support Functions. The Finance & Accounting area supports the financial accounting and reporting processes throughout our clients commercial and non-commercial business processes.
The team you will be part of includes 3 more Application Experts, two Solution Responsible and is led by a System Responsible. It is a position with many connections, internal as well as external, and gives an opportunity to build a wide competence base and personal network within our interesting client.
The team is responsible for application development and application maintenance of systems within General Accounting, Payroll, Bank and Tax. You would primarily work with our system for Tax. The system operates at the core of the clients business, i.e. sales. Here you will get the opportunity to work with priority 1 system that are very important for the processes of the company and you will for example learn about complex sales tax regulations.
Work tasks:
• Providing technical expertise of the functions and flows in the system
• Providing technical expertise of the architecture of the system (e.g. integration, webservices, security)
• Coordination of activities to secure release, patches, upgrades and changes in integrations
• Configuration of the systems
• Demand handling
• Incident management and support
• Perform troubleshooting
• Support in integration work, act as 3rd line support
• Provide input for the design and construction of test cases and business
• Help refine and determine feasibility, correctness, and completeness of end-user’s/business requirements.

Required skills:
• 2-3 years or more experience working with similar roles/responsibilities, for example as requirement analyst, tester or developer
• Good experience of components like databases, servers, web services and web applications
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in Swedish and English
• Structured way of working and keeping deadlines
• Ability to work both independently as well as in a team
• Ability to take own initiatives and act proactively
• Analytical approach
• The will to simplify and streamline – make it simple
Technical competence
– Experience of working with Databases (Oracle or/and SQL)
– Basic Java skills
Meritating competence:
It is an advantage if you have experience working with tax and ERP systems.
Beneficial if you have technical experience of working with cloud computing (Azure, Amazon etc.)
