For our client we are looking for a Release Train Engineer

Job description:
We are looking for a Release Train Engineer to work as servant leader and coach for our customers Agile Release Train (ART). As release train engineer you will manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART using various tools, such as the Program Kanbans and other information radiators.
We believe that you have a solid grasp of how to scale Lean and Agile practices and understand the unique opportunities and challenges associated with facilitating and continuously aligning a large development program. It is important that you have experience of mentoring and ability to coach your team while at the same time you are a strong individual contributor for our customers continuous development. Develop and champion policies, standards and principles are also part of the job.

Examples of tasks:
• Assist tracking the execution of features and capabilities and assist with economic decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation by teams and the roll-up to Epics, where necessary
• Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
• Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment

Required skills:
• Master´s degree within engineering, IT, Business Administration or similar
• Experience as leader e.g. Program or Project management, Scrum Master (Scrum of Scrums) or similar
• Excellent ability to structure complex challenges
• Business acumen
• Experience of working in a global context
• Cross functional and integrated work experience, with high ability to co-operate and work in a team environment
• Fluent in English
