Job description:
We are looking for a Back-end Developer with several years of experience working with software applicatrion development. In this assignment you will join a DevOps team in our customers technology department. Working with Continuous Delivery is an important part of this assignment, the team you will join consists of members with responsibility to deliver high quality software all the way from requirements to production. Being a DevOps team they also deploy, operate, support and maintain the applications, and it is done on Cloud infrastructure (AWS).
You are a Backend developer on senior level that delivers high code and test quality using agile methods. You embrace principles such as iterative development, continuous refactoring, clean and DRY code.
Knowledge required:
• At least five years of experience as Java developer
• Java 8 and preferably Java 11
• Spring Core, Spring Boot (micro service architecture)
• JMS (Active MQ), REST
• CI, test frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Wiremock etc),
• databases (Postgres)
• GIT
• DevOps methodology.
Good to have:
Asynchronous programming, Java streams, NoSQL (Mongo), Nexus, Amazon Web Services, WMQ, Fitnesse and Jenkins. Experience from telematics and/or the automotive industry
